Roshan, Founding Director & CEO of ARK, started the company with a strong belief that enduring success must be built on principles that last. With an academic foundation that includes a degree in Accounting and Finance from the United Kingdom and a Master’s in Applied Economics from Australia, he brings both financial expertise and strategic insight to ARK’s leadership.

Roshan’s career has been shaped by extensive experience in the Australian property sector, spanning real estate sales and marketing, construction, and property development. This unique blend of practical industry knowledge and financial acumen allows him to align ARK’s strategy with its long-term vision while ensuring execution is both precise and effective.

His leadership reflects ARK’s core vision.
